Claudia Zanetti has significant experience in the travel and tourism industry, currently serving as the Head of Booking Technology & Digital Development and Group Head of Business Projects at Switzerland Travel Centre since May 2022. Previously, Claudia worked at Switzerland Tourism as the Key Account Manager for Strategic Partnerships from February 2021 to April 2022. Claudia's earlier tenure at Switzerland Travel Centre from June 2011 to March 2021 included various roles such as Group Head of Business Projects, Head of Hotel Purchasing, Head of Service Center, and Customer Care, as well as working as a Travel Agent. Claudia began the professional journey at Sport Willy as the Verantwortliche Rental Shop from December 2010 to April 2011. Claudia holds a CAS in Business Transformation Management from HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich and completed studies at HFT Luzern - Höhere Fachschule für Tourismus from 2013 to 2015.
