Matthew Cole, MBA, CSPO has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Matthew is currently working as a Senior Product Manager at Swivel since April 2022. Prior to this, they were a Managing Owner at Walking on Air, LLC, a travel agency specializing in booking cruises, tours, vacation packages, and group travel, since April 2015.

Matthew also worked as a Senior Product Manager at SWBC from February 2022. Before that, they held the role of Product Owner at Global Payments Inc. from October 2017 to February 2022. In this role, they led international market growth, managed the development of TransLink, an online reporting system, and contributed to cost reduction initiatives.

Earlier in their career, Matthew served as a Product Manager at Western Union, where they successfully expanded the Western Union NetSpend Prepaid Mastercard program and implemented cost-saving measures. Matthew also has experience as an Inside Sales Representative at Accenture CAS and as a Category Development Manager at Colgate Palmolive.

Matthew pursued an International MBA at the University of Denver from August 2011 to May 2013 and gained valuable marketing experience as a Summer MBA Intern at Opera Software in 2012.

Matthew Cole has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Marketing from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business, which they obtained from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Washington University in St. Louis, completing it between 1997 and 2001. Matthew also holds a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner, obtained in August 2017, from the Scrum Alliance.
