Ruslana Krasilova

Ruslana Krasilova has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Ruslana began their career as a Crew Member at McDonald's in 2011. In 2012, they became a Private English Teacher. In 2015, they took on a role as a Senior Customer Support Representative at Aviacontact.com, where they were responsible for customer support, dealing with incoming calls/emails, dealing with requests/questions/payments, booking additional services upon customer requests, and sending itineraries and e-tickets. In 2016 and 2017, they worked as a Customer Support Representative at Norwegian. In 2019, they became a Jr. Data Entry/Processing Specialist at Swivl. Ruslana is currently an Operations Support Manager at Swivl, a role they have held since 2020.

Ruslana Krasilova received their Master's Degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from Kyiv National Linguistics University between 2010 and 2015.
