Diana Kyser

Diana Kyser has extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Diana first began their career at American Express as a Marketing Manager, where they led technology projects for multiple business units. Diana then co-founded C3i, Inc., a technology outsourcing provider, and successfully built it into a profitable market leader within the CRM services industry. After leaving C3i, Inc., they worked at JP Morgan Chase, where they established the industry's first offshore eCustomer Service and Support organization. Diana went on to hold various leadership positions at Premiere Global Services / Xpedite, ExceedGlobal, Inc., and TheLadders.com, where they were responsible for building and scaling up operations, customer service, and call center departments. Most recently, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at SWK Technologies, Inc., a company that provides information technology consulting services. In addition to their work experience, Diana also served on the board of the New Jersey Technology Council. Throughout their career, Diana has demonstrated a strong ability to drive growth, improve operations, and deliver exceptional results.

Diana Kyser has a diverse education history. Diana obtained their BA degree in Fine Arts and Political Science from Birmingham-Southern College, attending from 1981 to 1985. Following this, they pursued an MBA with a specialization in Information Systems from NYU Stern School of Business, where they studied from 1990 to 1994.

In 2014, Diana embarked on their doctoral journey, pursuing a Doctorate of Business Administration at the Fox School of Business at Temple University. Diana successfully completed their doctoral program in 2017. The field of study for their doctorate is not specified.

Diana also holds several additional certifications. In 2005, they obtained an ITIL Fundamentals certification from Pink Elephant. Diana furthered their professional development by obtaining the Pragmatic Marketing certification from Pragmatic Marketing in 2012. Additionally, in 2013, Diana obtained the Herrman HBDI Certification from Herrman International.
