Hamilton Kiah

Hamilton Kiah is currently a Senior Digital Strategist at Swoogo. Hamilton has over eight years of experience in digital media and marketing, with a focus on design and production. Hamilton has won awards for their work in blog development, website design, and event exhibit design.

Hamilton's previous experience includes working as a Digital Media Strategist at FastSpring from August 2016 to February 2022, and as a Digital Media Designer at QAD from July 2014 to July 2016. At QAD, they were responsible for all digital design, web and event production. Hamilton increased brand equity and established new production standards and gamification concepts to help drive innovation in marketing.

Some of Hamilton's notable achievements include leading the marketing team in developing QAD's first blog, creating site architecture and technical implementation guidelines that resulted in the Best Vendor Blog Award by ERP Focus. Hamilton also redesigned and produced prototypes for QAD.com that resulted in C suite buy-in and full company support for a new and improved QAD.com website project. In addition, they designed templates for customer marketing utilizing InDesign + InCopy that allowed copywriters, editors and designers to work simultaneously on print and digital collateral.

Hamilton is known for their ability to produce, design and create innovative event exhibits that increase brand awareness while providing a better customer experience. Hamilton has also transformed video and display productions while generating rich media advertisements and customer success stories that have supported lead gen drip campaigns.

Hamilton Kiah has a Media Design Masters of Fine Arts from Full Sail University, an Electronic Engineering of Technology from DeVry Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Computer Science from Georgia Southern University. Hamilton also has certification from Searchmetrics in Product Council Member, Google in Google Ads Search Certification, and Searchmetrics in Searchmetrics Professional Certificate - Green Belt and Searchmetrics Professional Certificate - Yellow Belt.
