Leonora Valvo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the event technology and marine industries. Currently serving as a Partner at Derecktor Ventura since October 2020, Valvo oversees a harbor real estate property encompassing a boatyard, marina, restaurant, convenience store, and sport fishing businesses. In August 2015, Valvo founded Swoogo, leveraging years of experience to enhance event technology experiences. Additionally, Valvo has held significant roles, including CEO North America at VITA Power in 2023, co-founder of Women in Event Tech from October 2017 to January 2023, and advisor at Glisser from January 2015 to November 2017.
