Lauren Burke, CCWP, has a diverse background in various roles and industries. Lauren began their career as a Kinesiologist at Physiomed Thornhill in 2011 before transitioning to work as a Chiropractic Assistant at Progressive Chiropractic Wellness Center in 2011. In 2013, they joined Maxim Healthcare Services as a Senior Healthcare Recruiter and later became a Compliance Manager, overseeing operational compliance and managing team member development. Lauren then joined XO Communications in 2016 as a Business Acquisitions Manager, where they demonstrated persuasive communication and negotiation skills. In 2016, Lauren joined Swoon, a staffing agency, where they progressed from a Relationship Manager to a more senior role as a Sr. Relationship Manager. Most recently, they served as the Relationship Management Lead before taking on their current position as the Director of Major Accounts. Throughout their career, Lauren has consistently demonstrated strong relationship-building skills and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Lauren Burke, CCWP, attended the University of Dayton from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Exercise Science and Fitness Management. In October 2021, they obtained a certification as a Certified Contingent Workforce Professional from Staffing Industry Analysts.
