Poornima Krishnan is a skilled professional with extensive experience in recruitment and education. Currently serving as Lead Recruiter at Swoon since April 2022, Poornima excels in connecting top talent with opportunities at Fortune 1000 companies. Prior experience includes teaching English as a second language to teens and adults at The American School Foundation of Guadalajara, and serving as an elementary school teacher at Instituto Thomas Jefferson Guadalajara.
