George Benjamin

George Benjamin, CSM, currently serves as the Director of Technical Project Management at Swoop, where leadership is provided to a diverse team delivering conversational AI solutions to clients in the life sciences sector. With prior experience as a Senior Technical Project Manager at the same company, George also held positions at TCL Communication overseeing product quality for mobile devices, and led onboarding initiatives at Agreement Express for clients in financial services. Earlier roles include senior project management at Stericycle and project leadership at Rogers Communications, where George focused on product introductions and quality improvements. An initial career in quality analysis at Sitel and technical support for T-Mobile USA contributed to a strong foundation in project and quality management. George holds an Associate's degree in Computer Programmer Analyst from Humber College.
