Vincent Goss CEng, BEng, FIET is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in customer success, technology consulting, and operational leadership within the subsea and oil and gas sectors. Currently serving as Customer Success Director at Sword Group, Vincent previously held roles as Technology Specialist at J+S Subsea and Technology Consultant at Absolute Risk Technology, focusing on product development and asset integrity. Vincent’s tenure at Aize included senior leadership positions overseeing UK operations and customer success for major industry clients. Prior experience at Aker Solutions involved senior management of global product support and lifecycle services, alongside roles in subsea product controls and engineering. Vincent's background is supported by a strong educational foundation in engineering and law from Robert Gordon University and Abertay University, complemented by military training in aerospace engineering from the Royal Air Force.
