Andy Moffit is the current Chief People Officer at SWORD Health. Prior to this, they worked as an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from September 1998 to May 2000, a judicial law clerk at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York from August 1997 to August 1998, and an elementary school teacher in the Houston Independent School District as part of Teach For America from August 1991 to June 1993.

In May 2000, they joined McKinsey & Company, where they spent the next 20 years working their way up to Global Head of Capabilities for McKinsey Accelerate. In this role, they were responsible for leading the development and deployment of Accelerate’s cutting-edge expertise, methodologies and proprietary tools to drive capability-building, leadership development and organization-wide transformations and change management. Andy left McKinsey & Company in April 2020 to take on the role of Strategic Advisor at PathAI.

Most recently, they served as First Gentleman of Rhode Island from January 2015 to March 2021.

Andy Moffit's educational career includes a J.D. from Yale Law School, an M.Sc. in Social Research from the University of Oxford, and a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Michigan. Additionally, Andy Moffit holds certification from Cornell University ILR School in Strategic Human Resources Leadership, KAY Diversity and Performance BV in Inclusive Diversity & Unconscious Bias, and LinkedIn in Becoming an Ally to All, Difficult Conversations: Talking about Race at Work, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, Driving Change and Anti-Racism, and Unconscious Bias.

Their manager is Virgilio Bento, CEO, Chairman and Founder. Andy Moffit works with Kris Davis - VP, Customer Success, Carla Newell - Chief Legal Officer, and Kyle Spackman - SVP of Commercial.
