Sofia Lourenço

Sofia Lourenço is a qualified professional in Quality Systems Engineering and has extensive experience in quality management and validation processes. Currently serving as a Quality Systems Engineer and Quality Program Manager at Sword Health since October 2022, Sofia previously held the position of Qualification & Validation Manager at CANNPRISMA from April 2021 to October 2022. Prior to that, roles included Qualification & Validation Specialist at Hovione and Utilities and Facilities Maintenance Coordinator at Generis Farmaceutica SA. Sofia began the career as a Validation Engineering Trainee and contributed as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Porto. Sofia holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto, supplemented by coursework at Uppsala University in 2012.
