Adam Fenn

Adam Fenn is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Swrve. Adam has held this position since July 2013. Prior to that, they were with Diona as their CFO from July 2013 to February 2021. In this role, they were responsible for securing funding for the business to meet and exceed its planned operational targets, as well as executing against due diligence processes. Additionally, they reported financial and business performance to the Board and Shareholders, and served as a financial advisor to the Exec team. Adam also played a key role in scaling and managing the working capital need of the Professional Services Business, including key reporting on utilisation, realisation and project margins. Furthermore, they were responsible for “targeted priority growth” through forecasting and reporting, as well as management of the Group tax structure including Transfer Pricing. Finally, they oversaw Treasury Management, ensuring all legal entities were funded to meet their obligations, while also maximising return on surplus funds.

Adam Fenn has a BA (Hons) in Geography from Liverpool John Moores University and went to Loughborough Grammar School.

Adam Fenn reports to Lisa Cleary, CEO. They work with Barry Nolan - Chief Business Officer, John McKeown - Chief People Officer.
