Kristina Lekas

Kristina Lekas is a seasoned professional in business development with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Business Development Director at SWS Engineering, Inc. since September 2020, Kristina leads efforts in sustainable civil engineering and land development projects throughout Southern California. Previous roles include business development positions at Smith Consulting Architects, where the focus was on architectural and interior design, and Modis, a leader in IT services. Additionally, Kristina has experience in operations management at Bay Club Carmel Valley and recruitment at Insight Global.
