Sisitha Sudarshana

Sisitha Sudarshana is an experienced professional in research and development, currently serving as Vice President of Sri Lanka and Director of Technology at SW since April 2014. Responsibilities include formulating research and development strategies in collaboration with commercial teams, overseeing project scoping and resource management, and leading the implementation of research projects. Prior to this, Sisitha held the position of Executive in Research & Development at Dipped Products PLC from March 2007 to March 2014, focusing on product development, process improvement, and vendor qualification. Sisitha's career commenced at HAYCARB PLC as a Production Executive, handling production operations and quality assurance. Educational qualifications include a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the Dr. Mikel J Harry Six Sigma Management Institute Asia, an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management, and a BSc in Chemical Technology from Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka.
