Sam Hasty is an accomplished investment professional and board observer with extensive experience in supporting early-stage climate tech companies. Currently serving as a Board Observer for SWTCH, King Energy, and Jaza Energy, Sam also holds the position of Partner at Active Impact, which focuses on profitable investments in environmental sustainability. Active Impact, a Certified BCorp based in Vancouver, manages two limited partnership funds totaling $70 million in assets. Additional roles include serving as a Strategic Advisor for SureShow, Board Member at ZeroValent NanoMetals and SAMETRICA, and previously as Board Observer for Keela.
