Clay Griggs

Clay Griggs is an experienced civil engineering professional with a strong background in transportation program development and management. Currently serving as Co-Founder, CTO, and COO at Swyft Cities since February 2022, Clay previously held key positions at CBRE from 2014 to 2022, including Program Lead for Google and Project Manager focused on infrastructure delivery. Additional experience includes roles at The Allen Group as a Project Engineer and internships at San Francisco International Airport, where significant contributions were made toward major projects including the Air Traffic Control Tower. An alumnus of Stanford University with a Master's in Civil Engineering and California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Clay also gained early design experience as a Design Intern at Kwan Henmi Architecture.
