Aarti S. has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2014 when they worked as a Technical Operator Trainee at MAHLE FILTER SYSTEMS (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED. Aarti then moved on to become a Customer Care Officer at HandyHome (Acquired by UrbanClap) in 2015. That same year, they also began working at WNS Global Services as an Associate - Operations. In 2016, Aarti S. was promoted to Senior Associate - Quality at WNS Global Services, where they monitored 80 or more calls in any given week to assess compliance with protocols and quality parameters as documented in client Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) within their stated Service Level Agreement (SLAs) and provided constructive feedback. Aarti also conducted Calibration sessions to ensure that all key departments were calibrated on what constituted a quality call and helped train and educate staff of 25+ call center agents and supervisors on call quality assurance. In 2020, Aarti S. moved on to become an Account Support (Intermediate) at Ubisoft and is currently working as a Support Engineer at Swym since 2022.

Aarti S. completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with Computer Applications from Kaveri College of Arts, Commerce and Science between 2016 and 2020. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication from S.E.S. Polytechnic between 2011 and 2014.
