Shrey Jain started their work experience in 2019 as a Digital Marketing Intern at Printrove Products Pvt Ltd. During this time, they designed and built a blog site that attracts over 1k+ visitors every month. Shrey also edited and published 30 highly optimized SEO blog articles, with a couple of them ranking number one on Google. Additionally, they improved Printrove's blog website performance and speed by achieving a site performance of 80%.

Shrey then progressed to the role of Customer Success Executive at Printrove before becoming the Business Head - Customer Success in July 2020. In January 2023, Shrey joined Swym as a Customer Onboarding Specialist.

Shrey Jain attended Loyola College from 2016 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on General Studies. Prior to that, they completed their secondary education at Don Bosco Matriculation Higher Secondary School. In addition to their formal education, Shrey Jain has obtained several certifications, including Cold Calling for B2B Sales, Customer Success Manager: The Fundamentals, and Product Manager, all from Udemy, in December 2022.
