Vasudha Motaparthy

Vasudha Motaparthy has a diverse work experience spanning over various roles and companies. Vasudha is currently serving as the Head of Agency Partnerships at Swym since November 2022. Prior to this, they co-founded and ran an online startup called KriVa, Inc. from January 2016 to January 2019. In this role, they developed and managed an online platform for customers to collaborate with clothing designers in India to create custom outfits.

Before their entrepreneurial venture, Vasudha worked at Microsoft in different positions. From November 2012 to October 2015, they served as a Senior Solution Manager in the Product Keys Services division, focusing on product activation systems and anti-piracy efforts. From October 2011 to October 2012, they were a Senior Program Manager in the Product Activation Engineering team, leading a complex project to reduce Windows key piracy.

Beginning their career at Microsoft in 2007, Vasudha held the role of Senior Program Manager in Enterprise Services IT. During this time, they were responsible for app simplification and cost reduction initiatives, as well as managing the delivery of IT solutions in Incentive Compensation. Vasudha also served as a Senior Program Manager at Microsoft from an unknown time to 2009, where they managed the Incentive Compensation system and contributed to its transformation.

Prior to their tenure at Microsoft, Vasudha worked at Nortel Networks in different roles. From an unknown time to 2006, they were the Manager of Data Warehousing, overseeing the implementation of a data warehousing solution for various business units. From an unknown time to 2002, they served as the CRM Project Manager/Developer, playing a crucial role in designing and implementing critical CRM components across multiple business functions.

Throughout their career, Vasudha Motaparthy has demonstrated expertise in various areas such as partnership management, entrepreneurship, product activation, anti-piracy efforts, IT solution delivery, and data warehousing.

Vasudha Motaparthy pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management Information Systems, General from Bentley University. Vasudha completed their studies in the span of two years, from 1996 to 1998.
