Jill Herr has a wealth of experience in the medical field. Jill began their career in 1998 as a Resident Physician at Central Maine Medical Center. In 2001, they became an MD at Lancaster General Health, where they held the same role until 2013. During this time, they also worked part-time as a Standardized Patient at WellSpan Health. In 2012, they began working as a Medical Writer on a freelance basis. In 2015, they became the Assistant Director of the Master of Arts in Education Program at Eastern Mennonite University, and also took on the role of Administrative Assistant for the same program at Lancaster. Most recently, they have been the Medical Lead at Syandus since 2022.
Jill Herr completed their Bachelor of Science in Biology from Messiah University between 1990 and 1994. Jill then attended Temple University - Lewis Katz School of Medicine and earned their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree in 1998. Following this, they completed a Family Medicine Residency Program at Central Maine Medical Center between 1998 and 2001.
