Fred H. Kao has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the agriculture and animal industry. Fred H. is currently the Chief Executive Officer at SyAqua, a top shrimp genetic company. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Global Sales Operations & AMEA, as well as the Vice President of Global Sales at Amlan International. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing strategy, P&L, sales, technical, marketing, logistics, and HR. Kao successfully built and led teams, achieved significant sales growth, and reported business results to investors and stakeholders. Before their time at Amlan International, they held positions at Cobb-Vantress and Aviagen, where they managed operations, sales, and marketing in the Asia Pacific region and was involved in brand revival and revenue growth. Kao also has experience as a technical service manager and quality assurance technician at Aviagen. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated remarkable leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive business growth.
Fred H. Kao earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Poultry Science from the University of Arkansas between 1997 and 2000. Prior to that, they studied Business Administration and Management, General at Northwestern State University from 1995 to 1997.
