Christy Fong

Christy Fong has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Christy first worked as a Policy Admin Assistant Manager at Prudential Services Asia from May 2007 to October 2012. In this role, they were responsible for fund switch, premium redirection, and visa update.

Christy then joined Zurich Insurance Company Ltd in October 2012 as a Test Analyst, where they prepared test estimations and test objectives based on the business requirements. Christy also organized walkthroughs with business analysts and developers to ensure comprehensive testing coverage. Christy worked at Zurich until March 2015.

After that, Christy worked at Tokio Marine Insurance Group (Asia) from March 2015 to November 2015 as a Business Analyst. In this role, they defined and documented customer business functions and processes.

Currently, Christy is working as a Business Analyst at Syarikat Takaful Malaysia Berhad since November 2015. Christy'sresponsibilities include managing change requests and preparing business requirements.

Throughout their career, Christy has developed strong analytical and organizational skills, and has a thorough understanding of insurance processes and systems.

Christy Fong completed their high school education from 2001 to 2003 at Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology, where they earned a High School Diploma in Business Administration and Management. From 2003 to 2005, they attended Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) and received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies.
