Sharifah Nur Azwa Syed Isa

Sharifah Nur Azwa Syed Isa began their work experience as a GIS Engineer at AMNAVI Sdn Bhd from September 2011 to June 2012. Sharifah Nur Azwa then joined DownUnder GeoSolutions Group as a Data Management, Production & QC Analyst from July 2012 to July 2015. Following that, they worked at Agrobank, Malaysia in various roles. Sharifah Nur Azwa started as an Executive in Data Management from August 2015 to November 2019, where they ensured quality data and implemented Data Management and MIS Framework. Sharifah Nur Azwa then moved to the role of Executive in Rewards Management from November 2019 to July 2021, where they implemented rewards programs and interacted with other units in HR. Additionally, they served as a Senior Executive in Rewards Management from July 2021 to January 2022, where they conducted market benchmarking and prepared recommendations for rewards programs. Lastly, Sharifah is currently working at Takaful Malaysia as an Assistant Manager in PMO, Analytics & Reporting, starting from December 2022, where they collect, compiles, and analyzes people/HR data and monitors the progress of key people/HR initiatives. Overall, Sharifah has gained experience in data management, analytics, recruitment, and rewards management throughout their career.

Sharifah Nur Azwa Syed Isa began their education in 2001 at Sultanah Asma School, where they studied science for a period of three years. In 2004, they attended MRSM Langkawi for their high school education, focusing on the field of science. Following that, from 2006 to 2007, they pursued physical sciences at Kolej Matrikulasi Pulau Pinang. In 2007, they enrolled in Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Remote Sensing, completing their studies in 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Sharifah Nur Azwa Syed Isa has acquired various certifications. In 2021, they obtained the Associate Qualification in Islamic Banking (AQIF) from IBFIM, the Fundamentals of Shariah for Islamic Finance (FOSIF) also from IBFIM, and the Certified Human Resource Officer (CHRO) from the Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management (MIHRM).
