Zulfikri Shafiq

Zulfikri Shafiq has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities in the IT industry. Zulfikri is currently working as an AS400 System Administrator at Takaful Malaysia since November 2022. Prior to this, they were a SEA RA Senior Consultant at Deloitte from February 2021 to October 2022. Before Deloitte, Zulfikri worked as an IAM iSeries Senior Security Analyst at AIG Technologies from August 2019 to February 2021.

Zulfikri also gained significant experience at Syarikat Takaful Malaysia Berhad, where they held the position of AS400 System Administrator from February 2017 to August 2019 and worked as a Computer Operator from November 2013 to February 2017. Earlier in their career, they served as a Data Center Operations Engineer at HP from September 2012 to November 2013 and as an IT Executive at Warisan Business Solution Sdn Bhd from June 2007 to September 2012.

Zulfikri Shafiq's education history includes obtaining a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Kolej Universiti Teknologi Dan Pengurusan Malaysia from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, they attended Sekolah Menengah Sains Sultan Mahmud from 1998 to 2002 and obtained a Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia. Additionally, Zulfikri Shafiq has obtained several certifications such as "Embracing Change" in November 2020, "Finding Your Introvert/Extrovert Balance in the Workplace" and "How to Be an Adaptable Employee during Change and Uncertainty" in September 2020, and "Unconscious Bias" in August 2020.
