Andy Rathmann has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as General Manager at Syberg's Family of Restaurants since September 2018. Prior roles include Executive Chef at P.F. Chang's China Bistro Inc. from November 2017 to June 2018, Chef at The Slider House from January 2016 to November 2017, and various positions at Llywelyn's Pub and Outback Steakhouse, including Server and Front of House Manager. Andy Rathmann's educational background includes studies in Criminal Justice and Applied Sciences at St. Louis Community College, as well as attendance at the University of Missouri-Columbia. Additionally, Andy Rathmann graduated from DeSmet Jesuit High School in 2006.
