Mark Rauth

Mark Rauth has extensive work experience in various roles in the manufacturing industry. Mark is currently serving as the VP of Program Management at SyBridge Technologies since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the VP of Operations at SyBridge Technologies from March 2022 to February 2023.

Before joining SyBridge Technologies, Mark worked at Advantage Engineering Inc. for almost two decades. Mark held various positions including VP of Operations from June 2016 to March 2022. Mark also served as the Plant Manager for Tooling from March 2013 to June 2016, Plant Manager for Molding & Paint from January 2012 to March 2013, Casting Department Manager from September 2010 to January 2012, Molding Manager from July 2009 to September 2010, and Program Manager for Tooling, Molding, and Paint from May 2005 to June 2009. Mark started their journey at Advantage Engineering Inc. as an Estimator from October 2004 to May 2005 and as a Toolmaker from February 2003 to October 2004.

Prior to their tenure at Advantage Engineering Inc., Mark worked at Circle 5 Tool & Mold as a Toolmaker from December 2000 to February 2003. Mark began their career as a Toolmaker Apprentice at Majestic Tool and Mold Ltd. from September 1996 to December 2000.
