Sara Toledano has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Sara began their career as a Responsible and Coordinator of the Powertrain Division at UPM Racing from 2010 to 2012. Sara then worked as an Ingeniero de Pre-desarrollo e I+D in the suspension department at MAN Truck & Bus AG in 2013, and later as a Pre-development Engineer for the R&D Vehicle Dynamics department at MAN Truck & Bus AG in 2014.
In 2015, Sara joined BERTRANDT AG, Sucursal en España, where they took on the role of Development Engineer for Vehicle Dynamics and Electronics. Sara was responsible for testing electronic units of cars and designing test programs, as well as coordinating the tester's team and analyzing and reporting test results.
Sara then moved to SEAT, S.A. in 2016, where they held multiple roles. Sara initially worked as a Technical Project Manager for SEAT and AUDI Projects, and later as a Project Manager for the creation of a new development center in China. In this role, they were responsible for the planning, implementation, and integration of the development center, as well as budget management and support in negotiation efforts with the Chinese company of the joint venture.
Finally, in 2019, Sara became the CEO and Co-Founder of Sycai Medical, where they oversee the coordination of the founder team and the strategic definition of the company's activities and milestones. Sara is also responsible for defining and monitoring tasks, timings, and goals, as well as searching for private and public funding and generating associated documentation.

Sara Toledano completed their education in a chronological manner. Sara first attended the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid from 2005 to 2012, where they obtained a double degree in mechanical engineering. Following this, from 2012 to 2014, they pursued a Double Degree Master of Science in Automotive Engineering at the Technical University of Munich.
