Liz Wellman

Liz Wellman is currently the Child Nutrition & Wellness Director at Sycamore Community Schools since July 2023. Prior to that, Liz worked as the Food Service Director at Fairfield City School District from June 2020 to July 2023. Liz also held the position of Child Nutrition Field Supervisor at Sycamore Community Schools from July 2019 to June 2020. With a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics Coordinated Program from the University of Cincinnati, Liz has a background in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services. Additionally, Liz has certifications in HIPPA and Red Cross Blood Borne Pathogen Training. Before transitioning to the education sector, Liz gained experience as a Supervisor and Lead Bartender at Rusty Bucket Restaurant and Tavern from January 2012 to November 2019.
