Jean-Philippe Abougit

Jean-Philippe Abougit is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in asset management and institutional client development. Currently serving as Responsable Développement Benelux et institutionnels et wholesale France at Sycomore Asset Management since September 2025, Jean-Philippe previously held significant roles at Mandarine Gestion from September 2013 to September 2025, including Directeur institutionnels et Grands comptes France and Directeur Belux. His responsibilities encompassed the development of institutional clientele and large accounts in France, as well as management in Belgium and Luxembourg. Prior to that, Jean-Philippe was involved in sales and distribution roles at NEUFLIZE PRIVATE ASSETS and NATIXIS MULTIMANAGER, bringing a comprehensive background in marketing and product strategy.
