Claus Brandt

Claus Brandt is the current head of corporate and institutional banking at Sydbank. Claus has held this position since September 2010. Prior to that, they were the head of corporate department Aarhus at Handelsbanken from March 2009 to September 2010. Before that, they were the managing director at Team Hyldahl A/S from May 2008 to February 2009.

Brandt began their career in 1990 as a corporate account manager at Nordea. Claus remained there for 12 years before moving to Spar Nord Bank in 2002. Claus served as the head of corporate department Aarhus at Spar Nord Bank from 2002 to 2008 before taking on the role of managing director at Team Hyldahl A/S.

Claus Brandt's educational career began at Virupskolen. Claus then went on to Aarhus University, where they studied accounting. Finally, they attended Rønde Gymnasium, where they studied mathematics and physics.

Claus Brandt reports to Steen Streubel Hansen, Group EVP, Corporate Banking & Finance. They are on a team with Michael Albrechtsen - Head, Private Banking Elite, Michael Bruun - Head, Leasing.
