Prior to this, Jonathan held the position of General Manager at Belles and served as Managing Partner at Outback Steakhouse Australia, focusing on operational excellence and leadership development. Additional experience includes roles as a Real Estate Agent at Sharman Quinney and License House Manager at Mitchells & Butlers PLC, where Jonathan demonstrated strong leadership and analytical skills.
