Sophie Conway is a fundraising professional currently serving as the Signature Events Relationship Officer and previously as Development Coordinator at the Sydney Children's Hospitals Foundation since December 2021. In these roles, Sophie oversees income target strategies, expense budget management, and project evaluation to enhance fundraising activities. Prior to this, Sophie held positions as a Clinical Support Officer at NSW Health and as a Student Experience Officer at TAFE NSW. Sophie is a graduate of Maynooth University, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and completed coaching training at the Beautiful You Coaching Academy in 2022.
