Nikola Morton

Nikola joined the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network Board in January 2022. She is a consultant pediatrician with the SCHN and has particular expertise and interest in clinical governance, with roles as Chair of the Sydney Children’s Hospital, Randwick drug committee, and of the Patient Safety and Incident Review Committee. As Chief Resident Medical Officer, Nik also has significant experience in medical administration and management.

Her current clinical roles at SCHN are at both Randwick and Westmead, in General Paediatrics and Refugee Health.

Nikola also works with the international non-government organization Medecins Sans Frontieres, as their pediatric advisor for the Operational Centre, France. She has worked as a field pediatrician in the Middle East and Africa and now oversees paediatric projects across the world as an international advisor.
