Malaeka Nadeem

Malaeka Nadeem is an accomplished Systems and Assurance Engineer with extensive experience in various leadership roles, currently serving as the Director of Systems Engineering & Assurance at Sydney Metro since March 2020. Previous positions include Systems Engineering Manager at Transport for NSW and Senior Systems Engineer at Arup. Malaeka has a strong background in requirements management, configuration management, operational concept diagrams, interface design, engineering change management, and FRACAS administration. Additional experience includes working on the Waratah Train Project at Downer EDI and foundational work as a Systems Engineer at Thales. Education was obtained at the University of Technology Sydney.
