Nick Spear

Nick Spear is an experienced associate director in the commercial sector, currently serving as Associate Director Commercial - Linewide at Sydney Metro since December 2022. With a strong background in project management, Nick held various roles at TSA Management from October 2012 to November 2022, including Senior Project Manager and multiple positions on the Sydney Metro Project, such as Commercial Manager and Contract Manager. Prior to that, Nick contributed to the Sydney Light Rail Project as a Procurement Specialist and served as Assistant Project Manager at RSL LifeCare Limited. Earlier career experience includes structural engineering roles at Aesop Consulting and Henry & Hymas. Nick holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Structural) from the University of Sydney and completed high school at Sydney Church of England Grammar School.
