Patrick Tsai

Director, Business Case at Sydney Metro

Patrick Tsai serves as the Director of Business Case at Sydney Metro since December 2019, leading the business cases for various projects. Prior to this role, Patrick held the position of Senior Manager - Business Case at Sydney Metro, focusing on economic advisory and business case development. Experience also includes serving as Associate Director at GTA Consultants, where Patrick managed the transport economics practice in New South Wales. Earlier roles included Manager in Economics and Policy at PwC Australia and Senior Economist at AECOM, involving extensive economic and financial analysis in transport projects. Patrick started as a Senior Research Analyst at the University of Sydney, conducting significant research in transport economics.
