Sajjad Hyder

Sajjad Hyder is an experienced commercial leader currently serving as Associate Director Commercial at Sydney Metro since January 2022, after a tenure as Senior Commercial Manager. Prior to this, Sajjad held various roles at nbn™ Australia from April 2017 to January 2022, including Commercial Manager for Subscriber Agreements and Commercial Planning & Implementation Lead, focusing on business operations and strategic planning within the National Broadband Network framework. Earlier experience includes significant positions at Siemens from 2004 to 2016, such as BU Performance Controller - FP&A Lead and Deputy Compliance Officer, where Sajjad contributed to financial planning, compliance systems implementation, and project management. Sajjad began a career in finance at Pakistan State Oil Company and holds ACCA certification along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commerce from Shah Abdul Latif University.
