Sunitha Kodali

Sunitha Kodali is an experienced resource management professional with a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Resource Manager at Sydney Metro since May 2022, Sunitha previously held similar roles at Transport for NSW, including Executive Talent Specialist and Senior Recruitment Consultant. Prior experience includes positions at Paxus as a Recruitment Consultant, CITI Recruitment as a Talent Manager, Covalense as a Senior Recruiter, and Diksha Technologies as a Senior Specialist in Talent Acquisition. Sunitha began the career as a Human Resources Generalist at an NGO, where significant achievements included the introduction of a formal performance review program. Sunitha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University and an MBA in Human Resources Management.
