William Y.

William Y. has extensive experience in finance, currently serving as Executive Director of Finance at Sydney Metro since October 2018, where previous roles included Deputy Executive Director and Director of Finance. Prior to this, William contributed to Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand as a Councillor for NSW, and held the position of Director of Finance Business Partnering at the NSW Department of Communities and Justice. Experience also includes serving as CFO for the Northern Sydney Region at TAFE NSW, Manager of CFO Advisory at KPMG, and Head of Finance at the Crown Prosecution Service in London. William holds several educational qualifications, including a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, an Executive Management degree from Australian Catholic University, completion of the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney.
