Joe Fletcher

Joe Fletcher is a seasoned professional in the field of theater and production, currently serving as a Guest Lecturer at the National Institute of Dramatic Art since February 2025. Joe holds the position of Head of Production and previously worked as a Production Manager at the Sydney Theatre Company since November 2021. With prior experience as a Designer for National Theatre Live and Technical & Production Director at Hay Festival, Joe has contributed to multiple prestigious organizations, including the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama as a Guest Lecturer in Production Management & Design. Joe's extensive background also includes roles such as Production Manager at National Theatre Wales and Technical Director at Sydney Dance Company, along with foundational experience as a Senior Technician at Aberystwyth University. Joe possesses a Master of Arts in Theatre Design from the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama and a National Diploma in Visual and Performing Arts from Coleg Ceredigion.
