Ana Luiza Rodrigues

Ana Luiza Rodrigues is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources management. Currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition Team Leader at Syensqo, a position held since December 2023 under a Transition Service agreement with Solvay, Ana Luiza is dedicated to fostering innovation and sustainability in talent sourcing. Prior to this, Ana Luiza held the same title at Solvay, where responsibilities included leading a 10-member talent acquisition team and creating tailored recruitment strategies. Experience at Henkel encompassed proactive candidate sourcing across multiple South American countries, while previous roles at Eternit S/A and Planova Planejamento e Construções S/A focused on comprehensive recruitment processes and HR management. Ana Luiza holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic People Management from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and a bachelor's degree from UEL - Universidade Estadual de Londrina.
