Brad Lutter

Brad Lutter is an experienced executive in the chemical and materials industry with a strong background in operations and manufacturing. Currently serving as Executive VP and Industrial Director of Composite Materials at Syensqo since February 2024, Lutter previously held the position of Regional Director of Operations for Performance Formulations in North America at Nouryon from January 2020 to February 2024. Lutter has a diverse history of leadership roles, including Director of Operations at U.S. Silica Company and various positions at AkzoNobel, such as Manufacturing Director for EMEA/Americas, HSE Director for Functional Chemicals, and Plant Manager. Lutter began a career at Albemarle as Operations Superintendent and holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from South Dakota Mines, earned between 1984 and 1988.
