Caroline Fayolle

Caroline Fayolle is a seasoned R&I project leader specializing in specialty polymers, currently working at Syensqo since December 2023. Previously, Caroline spent nearly nine years at Solvay, where responsibilities included leading projects in the automotive and tire markets, managing the development of new silicas, and overseeing patent strategies. Caroline holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 and an Engineer's Degree in Chemistry & Materials Science from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Ingénieurs en Arts Chimiques et Technologiques. With a proven track record of patent registrations and collaboration with academic and research institutions, competencies encompass elastomer formulation, polymer physics, and product development across various applications.
