François Vandermolen

François Vandermolen has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. François is currently working at Syensqo as the Head of Industrialization for the Battery Materials Growth Platform. Prior to this, they were at Solvay, where they held various positions including Head of Industrialization for the Battery Materials Growth Platform, Project Director for the Brussels Campus Transformation project, Package Owner for WW CSA expenses, Civil and Structural Engineering Manager, and Program Manager for the new HQ. François also had experience at ARCADIS Belgium as a Project Manager and at BESIX as a Technical Engineer and Design Engineer for International Projects. François'sexpertise includes civil and structural engineering, project management, and technical support.

François Vandermolen completed their education at three different institutions. François attended Collège du Sacré-Coeur Charleroi from 1996 to 2001, where they did not obtain a specific degree or field of study. François then pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Civil Engineering at Université catholique de Louvain from 2001 to 2006. Finally, in 2021 and 2022, they attended Louvain School of Management to earn an International Executive MBA degree, with no specified field of study.
