Gabriela Azzali

Gabriela Azzali is an experienced program director currently leading a transformation journey at Syensqo since March 2024. With a strong background in transformation and technology, Gabriela has managed advisory and delivery assignments for major companies such as SABIC, Aramco, and Emirates National Oil Company while working as a Senior Executive Transformation & Technology since August 2021. Prior roles include Chief Transformation Officer at Orica, where responsibilities encompassed leading the 4S Digital Transformation program, and various senior positions at BHP, focusing on strategy, integrated planning, and business information systems. Gabriela's career began with notable roles in SAP consulting, including positions at Deloitte South Africa and Capgemini. Gabriela holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bucharest, a Post Graduate in Value Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand, and completed a High Impact Leadership Course at INSEAD.
