Arvind Kumar possesses extensive experience in human resources and total rewards management across multiple regions, including India, Australia, New Zealand, and the Asia Pacific. Currently serving as the Head of Total Reward for Thermo Fisher Scientific, Arvind previously held significant roles such as Director of Total Rewards and HR Operations at McCann Worldgroup and Head of Compensation & Benefits for Asia Pacific at Bombardier. Additionally, Arvind's experience includes serving as HR Business Partner for both South East Asia and Delhi, along with positions at Larsen & Toubro Ltd and BATA India Ltd. Arvind holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Institute of Management Studies and Research and a BCA in Computers from M.D. University.
