Ian Choiniere

Ian Choiniere is an experienced professional in government affairs and public advocacy, currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Syensqo since August 2024. Previously, Ian held the position of Director of Product Advocacy at the American Chemistry Council from March 2020 to August 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing the Spray Foam Coalition and developing strategic communications initiatives for industry groups. Prior experience includes roles at the American Wood Council, where Ian coordinated public affairs, and as a Government Affairs Assistant at Seaboard Corporation. Additionally, Ian served as a Congressional Intern in the U.S. House of Representatives and held leadership roles within the North Carolina Republican Party during the 2014 election cycle. Ian Choiniere holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and has also studied at the University of Valencia.
