Laurent le Montagner

Laurent Le Montagner currently serves as the Global Manufacturing Excellence Leader at Syensqo, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, Laurent was the Manufacturing Excellence Leader at Solvay from February 2012 to January 2024, focusing on site and GBU transformation towards Manufacturing Excellence. Laurent's experience also includes serving as a Production Manager for Acetic Acid recovery and Anhydride, overseeing two workshops and a team of 40 individuals. Previously, Laurent held several roles at RHODIA OPERATIONS, including Manufacturing Project Leader and its MES project engineer, contributing to various global projects and defining MES functions. Additionally, Laurent was a Black Belt project leader trained by the Six Sigma Academy, managing projects that achieved significant cost savings. Laurent began a career at Rhodia as a Process Engineer and Plant Project Engineer, with a strong emphasis on productivity improvements and workshop construction. Laurent holds a degree from CPE Lyon, earned between 1996 and 2000.
