Maryam Tousi

Maryam Tousi is an experienced Application Development Scientist currently employed at Syensqo since December 2023, previously serving in the same role at Solvay from August 2023 to December 2023. Prior to this, Maryam held positions as Research Engineer II and Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Georgia Institute of Technology between January 2021 and August 2023. Earlier experience includes a Graduate Research Assistant role at Virginia Tech from August 2015 to December 2020, with additional responsibilities at the Center for Power Electronics Systems at Virginia Tech from May 2018 to June 2020. Maryam Tousi holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Virginia Tech (2015-2020), a Master of Science in Condensed Matter and Materials Physics from Amirkabir University of Technology (2010-2012), and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Sharif University of Technology (2004-2009).
